Spent my xmas at this apartment, and it was fantastic - there was a lovely bakery in the same building, and just a quick walk to the subway and shopping mall, very convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious, with heated floors that kept me warm in the chilly weather. The best part was the fully-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook my xmas dinner with ease.
I did encounter two drawbacks during my stay. there was no air conditioning, which made the apartment quite warm and stuffy.

The apartment could have been cleaner and the kitchen was lacking in some basic equipment. The balcony had cigarette ash which was a bit unpleasant.
